Chaos key binder is a simple binder to use if you find Autohotkey difficult try this
All you need to do it leave it minimized while ingame.

Step 1 : Open the winzip file and drag the Chaos keybinder folder to your desktop
Step 2 :Get your binds in the blank space ie.
t/me unholsters his gun from his waist ~ [Button *] [Activate]
Step 3 : Choose your button your want to bind on then activate it. Simple as.
Enter - [ ~ ]
so For Example
t/me unholsters his gun from his waist ~

i think the error is you need a version of .netfreamework
